Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

  • The prices listed and terms are for personal use only.
    For commercial price please see more details below.

  • In my work, I use a comfortable way of drawing in my own style. I would appreciate it if you could be pretty sure that my style is exactly what you want to have.

PRICING&PAYMENT

  • Only accept payment in USD (Paypal) /THB (THAI BANK)​

  • Commission amount under $200
    FULL PAYMENT needs to be done in order to start the process.

  • Commission amount exceeds $200+
    can be paid a deposit of at least 60% of the full upfront (150USD minimum) and the rest must be full filled before I pre-final your work.

* Please do not send me payment before I accept your inquiry form.​

* In order to reserve the waitlist, at least 50% of the payment must be made upfront.
  (PayPay fee will be added to each transaction so full payment would be greatly appreciated)
* I will must receive full payment before starting the commission.

REFUNDS

  • If I have not started on your commission order:  you will be given a 100% refund of all you've paid so far. (the amount deduction for PayPal free)

  • If I have started working on your commission: No refund

ORDER CHANGE

  • Changing the character/the character's references are allowed when I haven't start on your commission.

RIGHT&USE

  • As an artist, I hold the right to use commission artwork to promote myself.
    (if you want it to be private, pls note your refrain in the request form.)
    * I will include your copyright information on the pieces (your name, name of the character)
    * I will only upload small version files with a watermark on my portfolio.

  • For example; Sample in social media galley, art-shows, and selling in printed form

  • Do not claim, edit, and reproduce my artwork without permission.

  • Cropping my art for creating icons or banners for personal use is OK.

  • Printing the art, creating merchandise items with it only for personal use is OK.

  • My commission can't be used/sold for NFTs or anything similar.

  • When re-post my commission please kindly CREDIT ME (Link back to my gallery would be greatly appreciated)

  • The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.

*Any tiny changes or adjustment in the artwork is available only 4 times, through all the process as long as it's not anything I have really forgotten to include. (More changes will be treated as extra charges)

*No change of pose after Line Step (More changes will be treated as extra charges)

 

  1. After you send the payment I will draw a Sketch >> Detailing process >> Pre-final step by step* 

  2. I will update you when I'm done with each step through DA notes/ emails *

  3. I will send you the high-resolution file of the Final artwork when I'm done with

* I usually send pre-viewing works step by step. So you could adjust anything you would like. If you don't prefer to explain information several times, or not comfortable with it. please foretell me, note your refrain in the request form for this commission.

​* Sometimes I may don't like how the commission is going and I may suggest remaking it from the start. This is a free option, there is no extra charge for it.  If you feel that this process could be not comfortable for you. please foretell me, note your refrain in the request form for this commission. 

MY WORKING PERIOD

  • I am a slow working artist, I can only work with a single/two commission per week due to having a full-time job and other real-life commitments that take priority. Please be kind to me.

  • My commissions always took time, approximately 3 weeks - 2 months (depends on complexity)

 

* If you want to give me a deadline please discuss it with me beforehand, there might have an extra charge in such a very rush case *

Teir 1; Small scale commercial purpose

  • Handmade fiction/comic project with their sales numbers limit only 30-100 pieces

  • Small Fanpage Ads

 

Commercial rights will always be +50% of the total original price.
 

Teir 2; Large scale commercial purpose

  • Fiction/Comic/Online comic project with their sales numbers over 100 pieces

  • Publishing jobs

  • Game Design / Illustration Book/ CD cover /etc.

  • Any kind of visual project (Game/Audio/Vtuber/Youtube channel /Ads etc.)

  • Any kind of Campain promoting.

  • Everything that is sold as product/Goods. (Poster, Key chain, Glass, Screen Print on  T-Shirt, handkerchief, etc.) 


Commercial rights will always be +70-100% of the original price.

*Any kind of project that earns money from supporting platforms routinely. In this case, base price will always be will be double as a commercials change (+100% of the original price.)*

*If you are selling merchandise from my art, using the same art to more than 3 types of product will be charged more of  $20 per 1 kind of product.
